An intro project for my senior studio
Our open prompt was to design a tool, and as someone that uses ambient and nature sounds for meditating, studying, and sleeping, I wanted to see how we could further customize and make personal connections with nature recordings
The main body of the Recorder is based off the Zoom H1n, which is one of the slimmest field recorders of this caliber, although mine had to be wider for design reasons.
The dual microphones are able to be taken out and switch from internal to external, allowing recordings to have a more natural, 3-Dimensional sound.
